THE WORK THAT SHAPED MY APPROACH
Over the years, I’ve developed two bodies of work that underpin everything I do today:
Heart of Human my philosophy for self-leadership and transformation, and the foundation of the Inner Negotiation. It’s a set of guiding principles for leading from the inside out, rooted in authenticity, curiosity, and courage.
The Value Negotiator my original home for teaching negotiation and influence skills, where I created the VALUE framework and authored The Negotiation Playbook. This work helped executives, founders, and teams negotiate with clarity, confidence, and integrity.
Both have evolved into my current practice - Negotiation from the Inside Out - where inner transformation and outer capability work together to create lasting impact.
